administration. The agreement was signed by Boris
Kostishko, the Rector of USU, and Igor Razumov, director of the scientific and
technical center for the development of the UDBIE.
In the flagship
university, Elena Vladimirovna met with graduates of the Sirius educational
center, young scientists, and Rectors of the universities in the Ulyanovsk

Ulyanovsk State University hosted the international conference
“Intercultural Communication in a Multilingual Environment”, organized by the teachers
of the Institute of International Relations, the Linguistic and Cultural Center
of Antoine de Saint-Exupery and the USU History Museum with the support of the
Russian Oxford Foundation. Representatives of Moscow universities: director of
the International Center for Francophone Studies, head of the UNESCO department
“Intercultural dialogue and social interaction” of Moscow State Linguistic
University Natalia Egorova and assistant professor of the Philology Department of
the Russian University of Peoples’ Friendship, head of the French-Russian “Posidelki”
club Tatyana Evsikova were the partners to assist in holding the conference .

International Forum “Japanese Spring on the Volga” and the 54th regional
conference “National projects are the priority for the development of health
care in the region.
