A student of USU is the winner of the all-Russian stage of WorldSkills Russia-2018
Tatyana Repina, a four-year student of the Faculty of Culture and Art of USU won a gold medal in the international championship WorldSkills Russia-2018 in the field of Graphic Design.
The competition lasted two days. On the first day the
participants had to create a corporate identity and a multi-page booklet for a
certain company sponsoring the championship, and the second - to develop
packaging, a poster and a mobile application.
“The most difficult was to collect my wits. The level of the competition is very high, and there was control of time and the progress of work, practically of your every step ” Tanya shared. Nevertheless, Tatyana adequately represented the region and won first place in its category.
“It was unexpected, but pleasant. A lot of work has been given to the training. The most important thing –is not to be nervous, pull oneself together. One should not strive for the award, but simply do what one can and do well,” the winner advised.
