At present the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation" Of  the state support measures for the people with outstanding abilities" of December 7, 2015 No. 607, and also the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 19, 2015 No. 1381 began. The students who enrolled in 2015  to educational institutions of  higher education for full-time training for a specialist and a bachelor degree programs owing to budget funding of the federal budget, regional budgets of the Russian Federation and who are the winners of the final stage of the All-Russian Olympic Games of school students in 2012-2015 in subjects English, astronomy, biology, geography, informatics, art (world art culture), history, literature, mathematics, German, social science, fundamentals of health and safety, law, Russian, technology, physics, French, chemistry, ecology, economics can apply for  a grant.

The grant size - 20 thousand rubles monthly for the entire period of training.

The students who receiving a grant have to report about the progress in educational, scientific or inventive activity annually. At the end of  training they are obliged to work  not less than 5 years  in the territory of the Russian Federation.
