The international program of technical and economic cooperation of ITEC for training Russian specialists in India
The program of the Indian technical and economic cooperation (ITEC) announces admission of the Russian citizens aged 25-45 with knowledge of English on free short-term courses in the leading Indian educational and academic institutions for 2016-17 academic year. ITEC courses on banking, development of entrepreneurship, small enterprises, management and diplomacy are the most popular. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation plays a large role in drawing attention of the regions/republics of the Russian Federation to the ITEC program . Some Russian journalists were trained to journalism at the Indian institute of mass communication.
The ITEC program is completely financed by the Government of India. All expenses connected with the training program such as the training fee, accommodation allowance, allowance for books, cost of educational study tours, emergency medical care, and also return air ticket is provided by the Government of India.
