In 2014 the Russian Youth Union and All-China
Youth Federation set up the Russian-Chinese Young Entrepreneurs’ Club, in 2016
launched the first Russian-Chinese student business incubator in Pacific State
University in Khabarovsk.
The organizers of the project «Russian-Chinese student business incubator» in 2017 were the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, All-Russian public organization «Russian Youth Union», All-China Youth Federation and Russian-Chinese Committee of Friendship, Peace and Development. The partner universities in the project implementation are Bashkir State University, Omsk State Pedagogical University, Ulyanovsk State University and Pacific State University.
One of the main goals of the incubators' activity is to train the youth of Russia and China to set up and maintain joint business in the territories of the two countries.
In the period from July 1 to July 20, 2017, the incubator in Khabarovsk will continue its work. Also, Russian-Chinese student business incubators are going to be opened in July in Omsk, Ulyanovsk and Ufa. All-China Youth Federation is to launch the response work of four Russian-Chinese student business twin incubators in Chinese cities, namely in Qingdao, Xian, Harbin and Guiyang.
Among the priority business projects are startups in the field of engineering, IT, medicine, biophysics, education, architecture, design and advertising technologies. In this regard, the Russian-Chinese student business incubator will be a unique business platform for Russian and Chinese entrepreneurs and innovators. Young innovators and entrepreneurs aged from 18 to 35 will be its residents. Fifteen people from Ulyanovsk have already passed the regional selection. On the Chinese side, the same number of residents is supposed to come to Ulyanovsk for an educational program which the student business incubator is going to provide. The launch of the Russian-Chinese student business incubator in Ulyanovsk was held July 4 at Ulyanovsk State University.
The program of the Russian-Chinese international project has more than 110 hours of teaching and includes educational and cultural programs. Leading experts of the federal level are supposed to give classes in economics, marketing, management and business management in Russia and China.
Experts of the business incubator will be successful businessmen — representatives of well-known trade brands. They will offer young entrepreneurs specific topics for developing new ideas, as well as help residents find the necessary solutions to develop their business. Participants in the training program will be able to attend unique business trainings and consultations from leading experts in the field of economics and entrepreneurship. Residents are also expected to study at large enterprises.
All residents who successfully mastered the educational program are going to receive certificates of professional development and recommendations for further participation in international investment sessions.
