The outcome of the First Uzbek-Russian educational forum “New personnel - for a new economy” was the active and successful implementation of agreements concluded by USU with universities in Uzbekistan. The event was held on October 18, 2018 in Tashkent in the framework of the First Forum of interregional cooperation between Russia and Uzbekistan, which was organized with the participation of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

In the near future an agreement on cooperation is expected to be concluded with the Republican specialized center for stroke and neurology, which opened in Tashkent.
