On December 2, Russian Minister of Science and Higher Education Mikhail Kotyukov spoke on Channel One in the program “The Right to Justice”. The chief of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation outlined the main trends of higher education, answered questions about the formation of innovative thinking, the development of university infrastructure, as well as the attractiveness of Russian education among foreigners.
