Student Academic Exchange Programs
At present two programs of the student academic exchange which are implemented by Russian-German and Russian-American Faculties together with foreign higher education institutions are available to USU students.
Assistance in search of training opportunities as well as working abroad, and also in applying all necessary documents for this purpose is rendered by the International Linguistic Center INTERLINGUA which is a structural division of the USU Institute of International Relations.
The students, graduate students and teachers of USU interested in training and doing scientific researches abroad can also use opportunities which are provided by various foreign organizations.
In 2012 USU started implementing new joint academic programs — with Masaryk University (Brno, the Czech Republic), Zhengzhou University (Zhengzhou, the People's Republic of China) and Jaro Institute of Technology, Management and Research (Mumbai, India).
Within the joint project with the Czech partners the USU student who was one of the first to get a grant of the Southern Moravian center of international mobility was enrolled to train in a master program of the partner higher education institution. Negotiations are under way to arrange training programs at USU for students from Brno.
The joint program with partners from China assumes an exchange of the students and graduate students studying law. Since 2012 five representatives of USU and Zhengzhou University have participated in the program.
According to the arrangement with partners from India, teachers of USU are engaged in training of the Indian specialists in the International MBA program.
