The educational intensive course on the development of territories opens the zero week program of the ICF-2020
2020-08-18 04:40 For four days, young leaders with good communication and organizational skills have been learning the basics of the “profession of the future” - a manager of the comprehensive development of territories. The direction was set by Natalya Nikitina, a coach-ideologist of the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management. Kirill Glinkin, Head of the Department of External Relations of USU attended the training course.
The educational intensive course was initiated by the fund “Ulyanovsk - the cultural capital” - a strategic partner of the flagship university. “There is a lot of new information that completely leads away from what I did before. I mainly organize events, implement projects. Here is something above. Some kind of superstructure that allows one to help people express and put ideas into concrete form what they want themselves. Knowledge will certainly come in handy, because USU has a large campus, this is the territory of the Sviyaga River Embankment” said Kirill Glinkin.
Ahead is the second stage of the educational intensive course. On September 7-9, field meetings with territorial teams of five municipalities of the Ulyanovsk region are to be held. Potential members of development teams, local activists and holders of major projects are invited to participate in the session. Together they will form an image of the future territory based on the achievements and expectations of the population. Upon completion, a working meeting on the implementation of the program is to be held with the Governor of the Ulyanovsk Region Sergei Morozov and strategic partners of new projects.
