We would like to remind that the project “Be
Healthy with USU” was launched with the aim of providing medical and
psychosocial assistance to residents of the Ulyanovsk region in a pandemic and
self-isolation. It means that webinars, psychological consultations, master
classes by USU teachers and invited specialists are going to be held and
published information and entertainment
materials for children and adults will be made available.
The most important section of the project is the section “Doctor, stay healthy!” - psychological assistance to nurses and doctors in the face of extreme overload and stress. Here you can learn about how to avoid “burnout syndrome” and conflict situations, and also seek professional assistance from a psychologist .
