Rizida Sharafutdinova, a graduate student of the department of faculty therapy, became the winner in the international contest of young scientists and received a travel grant, owing to which she could attend the annual Congress of the European Society of Cardiology ESC-2019 from August 31 to September 4 in Paris.
Over five days, the conference was attended by more than 31 thousand medical workers from 150 countries of the world.
For the first time in the history of this representative forum, a special session in Russian was held for Russian participants. The purpose of this pilot project is to give a brief conclusion and present key topics of the Congress for discussion in Russian.
