Mr. Hinoul is the Business Development Director of the Center for Technology Transfer at Leuven Catholic University, the founder of the fastest growing technology cluster in Europe. Hinoul’s articles and books are widely known in the world of science and business, including Silicon Valley, The European Economics of Knowledge, 60 Years of Transistors, Establishing Contacts, and others.
