Mikhail Kotyukov, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation gives an interview to the RBC Channel
The issue of RBC Blogs is dedicated to higher education as an attractive area for investment. The Minister of Science and Higher Education Mikhail Kotyukov spoke about the future of education.
How are new technologies created in contemporary Russia in cooperation between
business and the state, supporting higher professional education and scientific
developments? Is it possible to invest and get a return on the investment in
the same way as in other areas of the economy? Mikhail Kotyukov brought up the subject
of attracting international students to Russian universities and the provision
of infrastructure for their placement.
Students who work toward a second degree or take a retraining course are another large group of people whose interests the universities should take into account. To develop a program to provide educational products and meet their needs is one of the objectives that the RF Ministry of Science and Higher Education is working on.
