Young scientists of USU win the grants of the President of the Russian Federation
The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia and the Council for
grants of the President of the Russian Federation summarized the results of the contest for the right to receive
presidential grants in 2019–2020 for state support of young Russian scientists
and for state support for leading scientific schools in the country.
From Ulyanovsk State University, the winners were young scientists - PhDs: associate professor of psychology and pedagogy Valentina Salakhova with the project “Psychology of the crisis: personal and socio-psychological indicators, determinants of occurrence and coping” and associate professor of therapy and occupational diseases Elena Efremova with the project “Factor induced by hypoxia -1 (HIF-1), as a prognostic marker for chronic heart failure”.
