USU-TV launches the talk show “Digital Reality”
The pilot release of the program was devoted to
the topic “Online education versus traditional”. In the format of live
communication, participants discussed the pros and cons of new trends in the
transition to online learning.
The event at the media center on March 6 was
attended by Rector of USU Boris Kostishko, the head of the youth project
activity department Maxim Ilyushin and the director of OGKU Government for
Citizens Svetlana Openysheva. One of the speakers was a third year student

According to Oleg Samartsev, head of the department of journalism, philology, documentation and library science, the new talk show will systematically focus on the discussion of problems of the new information world, such as education, virtual and augmented reality, the digital economy and other modern trends.
“Now the project is at the launch stage, the format is being tested. We are planning that regular participants will appear in the talk show: Rector Boris Kostishko, students and invited specialists. Programs will be released at least once a month” said Oleg Samartsev.
