forum brought together 46 university students from Japan, five representatives
of the delegation of the Japanese-Russian Youth Exchange Center and five dozen
students from two universities in Ulyanovsk. The
forum selected topics that will contribute to the further development of
relations between the two countries: culture and art, sports and a healthy
lifestyle, as well as entrepreneurship.
“The forum is being held in the framework of cooperation between the two countries, Russia and Japan,” said Ekaterina Smoroda, Minister for Development of International and Interregional Relations of the Ulyanovsk Region. - The guests have already visited Moscow, worked in Ryazan, and the Ulyanovsk region is the third subject of the Russian Federation, which will give the most vivid memories of their stay in Russia, because all the guys from Japan came to our country for the first time. And it is them who will take a piece of our hospitable Russian soul, having received here unforgettable moments, including their working with our girls and boys.
Within the framework of the forum, the students will informally communicate, exchange their views and represent the best practices. The main result of the forum is a long-term friendship and cooperation between the most promising youth leaders of Russia and Japan.
